Wow, busy weekend with previous engagements and people visiting and cooking and such, but I guess every weekend is like that.
Everyone, even the people at work who are usually quiet, are talking about the poor folks in Japan. We've all seen the before and after shots of the various destroyed prefectures, but this video, taken at ground level really bring home the power of water. Also apparent in this video, the speed at which conditions go from quick stream to catastrophic disaster.
