sweat diamonds

just came back from my speedwalking through Buccleuch Park. took me 30 minutes to get there, walk around the whole park and come back. maybe over the weekend i'll do two laps, but at times i felt my right butt cheek wince from being worked out. Got back home with an obvious exertion flush across my face, boob sweat and a perfect diamond of sweat through my tee-shirt. Satisfaction!!!
for lunch earlier, i had a tuna wrap in a fajita sized tortilla. from the advice of my best friend Sasha, (who is a follower of this blog, btw) i changed up my usual tuna salad recipe to aid in cutting back on unnecessary calories. the recipe goes like this:

one can albacore tuna in water, drained
no mayo.
1 Tbsp olive oil
cracked pepper
one packet lemon juice (stolen from samsung HQ for green tea, optional)
1-2 pinches seafood rub (McCormick's seasonings)
2 squirts french mustard

mix all dat together. warm up fajita with 1-2 pinches shredded cheddar cheese melted on it.
scoop about 3/4 of tuna onto fajita, throw some banana peppers on that joker and jam it down your throat. it's much better than that bland stuff you get at salad bars, and you get the benefits and flavor of olive oil. i highly recommend it.
